There's not a day that goes by where people are not taking pictures, using it as a meeting place or performing in front of that statute. It is a wonderful tribute.

...I would agree. It has become a huge tourist draw on its own...everybody comes to get their photo at the Chuck statue. And yes, seems like there's always an acoustic jam going on there 24/7...
