I think its quite unlikely, but hey if its possible, I would love one. I think there are some people in Cebu that still like him, although I think if there was, I'd be the only teenager there :P People here don't really go that far when they look back.

Well, you just might see him in Cebu. It all depends on you and your fellow countrymen. He will play where people want him to play. Hopefully, a promoter in your country will request a couple of shows there.
