I heard that before. With all the cancelled shows and no-shows from last months I think we fans have to the right to have a little doubt when we see a message like that. It's cancelled for the moment and after nov. 9th we can say if it happened or not, so if it was postponed.

Beside that, with all the stories and statements by officials in the media about the reaon of all the cancelled shows and no-shows, I think we fans have the right to have some doubts as well by statements like "due to illness.."

I obviously can't speak to the cancelled shows in Spain but to me it sounds like Chuck being Chuck. If you've followed his career at all, you can't be surprised by this.

As for cancelled vs. postponed, his 7/16 show was postponed until tonight (8/13) and I plan on being there. I'm certain Chuck will be there too.

Also, would you want to keep crisscrossing the ocean. Maybe he rescheduled to make the travel a little more tollerable.

Can someone confirm that the show with Jerry Lee Lewis is going to go ahead on the 19th Nov in Amsterdam?
I have bought tickets for the show but waiting for confirmation first before i book flights/hotel etc.

The show on Nov 19th is still listed on http://www.pollstar.com for Jerry Lee Lewis, but haven't found anything for Chuck so far.

I'm flying over from Sweden to Paris, Amiens and back. A week later i'm flying to Mannheim. I will not do the same mistake as i did on the July tour. I was waiting to long with the tickets so i missed it. Peter
