This is my first visit to the message board - so "HI" to everyone. :)

I'm so excited as i've just received my tickets for Chucks concert in Birmingham on 25th November!
I bought them as a surprise present for my boyfriend - his birthday is next week - and i've managed to keep the secret from him so far. I had a special birthday card made with a picture of Chuck on the front - so hopefully he'll get a clue when he opens it next week. Can't wait to see the look on his face

I just missed out on tickets for the Jazz Club in London last time Chuck was here, so this is extra special for us.
Anyone else got their tickets yet? :)

Hi there and ROCK ON dd :)

I'm counting the days to the Birmingham concert and have a seat near the front! I doubt if I'll be able to jump in Chuck's car again, like I did way back in the Sixties!!! You may have read about this on my webpage dedicated to this amazing talent who inspired so many of us young pop groups back then.

www.davidstjohn.co.uk/chuckberry.html This is on the Links page here anyway.

Not many legends around these days and Chuck is one of the longest running of this special breed of true rock n rollers
