Hello all! I'm a new member on here as of today. I'm a huge fan and am really hoping I get to make the trip to St. Louis soon and see him. I'm graduating college this December and couldn't think of anything I'd like to do more for my post-graduation road trip than coming up there and watching his show! Which brings me to my question...does anybody know what the concert schedule is looking like for early 2010 at Blueberry Hill? (January or February?) Thanks for the help and thanks for the join!

You haven't even graduated college, but yet you have wisdom beyond your years!! Planning to go see CB at Blueberry Hill is a very wise decision. He most generally plays mid month and it will be on a Wednesday night. Keep checking here at the CB website or the Blueberry Hill website for the dates. When they go on sale you'll want to get your tickets ordered immediatley for they sell out very quickly.
I'll tell you right now, once you see Chuck and the St. Louis Band at BB Hill, you'll never forget it!!

Move On Up Just A Trifle Further!!

Thank you for your help! Yeah I have always been a huge fan of early rock 'n' roll and what better way to celebrate finally getting done with 16 LONG years of school than seeing the father of rock 'n' roll himself! It is so awesome that even though he is just shy of 83 he still gives his audiences incredible performances month after month. The world needs more musicians like him!

I actually changed my mind and decided to go to the show at Blueberry Hill this November! I just got my tickets and can't wait to see the show!

Hi tphalen - Its just been a month since I've seen Chuck and I already want to go back!! I can't imagine how the Europeon Fans are feeling, CB hasn't been over in their neck of the woods since last November, they have to be getting antsy. You're going to have a Great time!! Bring your appetite - Joe Edwards has excellent food there at Blueberry Hill. For appetizers we had Mushrooms and the Buffalo Shrimp. Main meal I had a Hickory Burger with cheese - bacon - grilled onions and sauteed mushrooms on it, along with an order of onion rings, it was excellent!! I'm getting hungry talkin' about it!!

Sounds awesome! My fiancee and I are going to spend two days there to see all of the sights. Does anybody know of any more music-themed things to do in St. Louis?

I'd definitely stay at the Moonrise hotel down the street and check the Pageant Theater next door and some of the other local venues for shows, some casino's have shows also.

Have a burger at BB Hill and also check the cool vinyl record shop a couple doors down-

tphalen, where are you coming from? It is awesome you decided to bring your fiancee to see Chuck Berry.

I'm staying at the Moonrise Hotel right now with my girfriend (hopefully soon to be fiancee--see my thread about my plan to propose tomorrow night at the show!).

It would be awesome to meet another fan at the show! Either way, have a great time!
